Job Overview

We are looking for a Freelance HR Recruiter who can support our hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across multiple roles. This is a remote opportunity ideal for professionals with strong networks and experience in recruitment, especially in BPO, Sales, and Travel Industry hiring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and personal networks
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to closure)
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

2. Candidate Management

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
• Ensure candidate engagement and availability throughout the hiring process
• Handle initial HR discussions including salary negotiation and expectations

3. Coordination & Reporting

• Share daily/weekly updates on candidate pipeline
• Maintain candidate database and records
• Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment (Freelance or Full-time)
• Strong knowledge of BPO / Sales / Travel Industry hiring (preferred)
• Good understanding of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
