Position Details:
- Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Open Positions: 5
- Experience Required: 5–6 Years in Domestic & International Travel Process
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the travel domain
- Generate leads for flight and hotel bookings (B2B/B2C)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Handle negotiations and close high-value deals
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term business retention
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Travel Sales / Business Development
- Strong network in the travel industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of domestic & international travel processes
- Target-driven with a strategic mindset
- Male & Female both can apply
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: As per last drawn + attractive hike

Working Details:
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Week Off: Rotational
