Position Details:

  • Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
  • Open Positions: 5
  • Experience Required: 5–6 Years in Domestic & International Travel Process
  • Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the travel domain
  • Generate leads for flight and hotel bookings (B2B/B2C)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Handle negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term business retention

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Travel Sales / Business Development
  • Strong network in the travel industry (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of domestic & international travel processes
  • Target-driven with a strategic mindset
  • Male & Female both can apply

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: As per last drawn + attractive hike
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Working Details:

  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Week Off: Rotational
