Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals for the role of US Travel Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling US-based customers, assisting them with flight bookings, holiday packages, and travel-related services while delivering exceptional customer support and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US travel sales.
  • Sell flight tickets, holiday packages, hotels, and other travel services to US customers.
  • Convert customer inquiries into successful bookings through calls, emails, and chats.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding fares, routes, airline policies, baggage rules, and travel regulations.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and customer follow-ups professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and airline updates.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of US geography and travel industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in rotational night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • Prior experience in Travel Sales, PPC Calls, BPO, or Customer Support will be preferred.
