Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and target-driven UK Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling UK-based travel customers, generating sales for flights, holiday packages, and other travel services while delivering exceptional customer support and achieving sales goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales for flights, holiday packages, cruises, and other travel services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and provide personalized travel solutions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding fares, travel policies, visa requirements, routes, and travel regulations.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle bookings, cancellations, amendments, refunds, and customer follow-ups efficiently.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure the best travel deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and offers.
  • Stay updated with travel industry trends, competitor pricing, and market developments.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and bookings in CRM systems.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Good problem-solving and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an added advantage.
  • Passion for travel and tourism industry.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in UK Travel Sales or Travel Process is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in Sales, BPO, Hospitality, or Customer Service can also apply.
