Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Quality Analyst (QA/QC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in monitoring and auditing US & UK travel processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and operational excellence. The candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach toward process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, evaluate, and audit customer interactions, including calls, chats, and emails, to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
  • Identify process gaps, compliance issues, errors, and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Provide constructive, actionable, and timely feedback to agents and operational teams.
  • Analyze quality trends, performance metrics, and customer interactions to recommend improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with established quality frameworks, company policies, and US & UK travel industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, training, and management teams to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain quality scorecards, audit reports, compliance records, and performance documentation.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and quality review meetings to maintain consistency in evaluations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and process effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst/Quality Controller in the Travel Industry.
  • Mandatory experience in US & UK Travel Processes.
  • Strong understanding of quality monitoring, auditing methodologies, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide feedback effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and confidently manage stakeholder interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in preparing quality reports and performance analysis.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting tools, and quality management practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in international travel sales, customer support, or travel operations will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and performance management frameworks.
