💰 Salary: Up to ₹1,10,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Assistant Manager – Travel Sales with strong expertise in handling PPC and Meta inbound calls for flight bookings. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in team handling, revenue generation, and managing high-performing travel sales campaigns, preferably for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Handle and oversee inbound PPC & Meta travel calls (Domestic & International Flights)
  • Drive maximum conversion rate and revenue per call
  • Ensure fare competitiveness and optimize profit margins
  • Upsell travel add-ons such as seats, baggage, insurance, hotels, and packages
  • Maintain and improve overall campaign profitability

2. Team Management

  • Manage and mentor Team Leaders and Sales Executives
  • Track daily revenue, conversions, and team productivity
  • Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and sales coaching
  • Handle escalations, supervisor calls, and retention cases
  • Manage roster planning, attendance, and shift allocation

3. Operations & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance (ROI, CPL, CPS)
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to improve PPC & Meta lead quality
  • Maintain daily/weekly revenue reports and dashboards
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as Manager / Assistant Manager in Travel Sales
  • Strong experience in handling PPC-based travel campaigns
  • Good understanding of Meta traffic sources (Google Flights, Kayak, Skyscanner, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong target-driven and revenue-focused mindset
  • Ability to independently manage US travel sales operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing high-revenue campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing
  • Experience handling large sales teams (10+ agents)
